Vanguard forums has 5 usergroups as followed:

- Administrators (closed group)

- Moderators (closed group)
: pick by Admin only

- Officers (closed group)
: only available for Vanguard officers

- Members
: available for all Vanguard current members

- Friends
: available for all registered users that are not Vanguard current member
